Doug and his team installed two Mitsubishi (highest quality) heat pumps and six mini split heads in my home. I got 11 quotes, with a range of equipment and options, and his was the best. Additionally, the work got done in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship of the install (placement, external tubing z etc.) looks great. They even helped me factory reset one of the heads when I accidentally disconnected it from the remote control app and was having trouble doing it myself.
